IFH Hospitality Summer School

IFH Paris (Institut Français du Hospitality) is a leading hospitality management business school in the center of Paris, which combines academic knowledge and French Savoir-Vivre.
In addition to short programs, the institute offers students bachelor's and master's programs in hotel management, culinary, and other fields.

IFH's summer program combines academic studies, practice, French language lessons, and cultural activities. Students receive a solid foundation for future studies in the field of hospitality, tourism, culinary, or business management. 

It is possible to choose two directions:

1. Hospitality Track 
The program includes hotel and event management, customer experience management, and the foundations of luxury brand strategy. Cultural activities help students adapt and allow them to understand how the hospitality sector and French savoir-faire shape an exceptional quality of life.

2. Gastronomy Track 
The program combines culinary workshops, sensory analysis, and food culture courses along with restaurant management and sustainable product sourcing. Students learn from chefs and industry professionals and get acquainted with the world of haute cuisine and culinary innovation.

French Language Courses
Along with the main program, students will have French language classes every morning - 40 academic hours. Classes are held in collaboration with Alliance Française.

Practice
From five-star hotels to exclusive events and boutiques of leading brands - students get acquainted with high-class hospitality in practice.
