Barcelona Summer School

English or Spanish language summer school in Barcelona, based at The Polytechnic University of Catalonia. 

The program is created by Enforex, one of the largest and most prestigious Spanish and English language learning networks in the world, which was founded in 1989.

International students from more than 85 countries of the world study at Enforex, which creates a diverse international environment and allows students to use the language in real everyday communication. The school has centers in more than 30 cities of Spain and Latin America.

The summer school program is packed with intellectual, sports and entertainment/educational activities. Children will visit Spain's various cities, get to know Spanish culture, explore the main sights. During the program, children can choose English or Spanish language lessons, participate in various workshops and sports activities on the beach

A safe and modernly equipped student residence is located in an ecologically clean environment, the city's best beach, Castelldefels,is a 10-minute walk away . On the campus territory, there are sports fields and workout spaces. Language lessons are held a 5-minute walk away from the residence. Children are allocated to rooms according to gender and age.

The study program includes English or Spanish language lessons - 15 hours per week

Teaching is based on CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) international standards and includes practical, real-life-based activities. Lessons and projects are always adapted according to each student's level and individual needs, making learning a more effective and interesting process. 

Lessons will be conducted by Native Speaker teachers, which allows students to become familiar with the foreign language's natural accent and speaking pace. Learning in such an environment helps children improve their listening and speaking skills and more confidently use English in real-life situations.

Students are distributed into study groups according to their age and the level of proficiency in the selected language. The language level is determined on the basis of preliminary testing.

If desired, children can add sports activities. The duration of sports sessions is approximately 45 minutes.
