Budapest Summer School
November 27, 2024
Business in Digital Era + Creative Arts
About the School
One World established an important tradition in 2022 - we created the first independent Georgian Summer School in Europe. This was the first precedent when a European Summer School was organized entirely by a Georgian company. Our long-term fruitful partnership with Berlitz International Language School has allowed us to offer high-standard educational, cultural and entertainment programs to teenagers until 2025. During these four years, many teenagers have participated in the Budapest school.
From 2026, the program will enter the next stage of development. This year's program will be implemented in collaboration with our partner Budapest Metropolitan University (METU).
Lectures are held at METU, the largest private university in Hungary. The university has a diverse academic portfolio in business, communication, tourism and visual arts. The university is a partner of Arizona State University (ASU).
Participants will not only improve their English language skills, but also learn the basics of innovative business and attend interactive lectures on creative arts.
Program participants will be placed in a modern and comfortable residence at one of the best universities in Europe, Central European University (CEU).

Combined program - Business in Digital Era + Creative Art
Lectures are given by university lecturers. The program is adapted for adults.
Eight lectures, 3 hours per day:
Business in Digital Era - 6 lectures
Creative Art - 2 lectures
Business in Digital Era
The program is focused on studying strategies for creating startups and brands' success. During the course, entrepreneurship, marketing, innovations and digital business are discussed using an interactive methodology. Based on real examples and through group activities, creative ideas are transformed into real business concepts. Students gain in-depth knowledge of modern business models, branding and digital innovations through practical workshops and case studies.
Creative Art
The program focuses on digital creativity and visualization. The course includes experiments in digital art, design, and creative tools used in graphic design, media, and animation. The learning process explores ways to transform ideas into visual stories and the synthesis of art and technology. The sessions are designed according to METU’s art and design programs, which encourage creative thinking, self-expression, and innovative experimentation in digital environments.
Students are divided into study groups based on age and English language proficiency. Language level is determined based on a pre-test.
