Participants will learn with leading specialists, using modern technologies to develop their skills. The learning process combines academic and practical learning, seminars, workshops, visits to leading companies in the field and innovative hubs  which offers students a unique combination — academic knowledge, practical experience, and readiness for success in the modern professional world.

In the sports direction, teenagers will have training sessions with professional coaches, developing sports skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

The program is held in Lombardy — one of Italy's most developed industrial regions — and combines academic teaching and practical experience. Its goal is for students to deepen their knowledge in business strategy, leadership, innovation, sustainability, and operations management.

The study program includes 30-hour theoretical  and 30-hour practical training.

During the learning process, students will participate in interactive classes and practical seminars. They will have visits to leading companies, meetings with directors (CEOs), entrepreneurs, and managers, which gives them the opportunity to directly get acquainted with the real business environment.

The academic program consists of two main courses:

1. Business Foundations (Business Foundations): which focuses on the theoretical aspects of leadership, strategy, finance and international relations
2. Practical Experience and Industry Deep Dives (Practice & Industry Deep Dive): which implies direct involvement in the real business environment — through visits to leading Italian companies and innovation hubs and practical workshops.

• Supply Chain & Sustainability - effective supply chain management and ensuring environmental responsibility in the luxury goods industry

The program concludes with a final group project, which is based on a real business challenge and allows participants to apply the knowledge gained during the program in practice.

In addition to the academic part, the program includes:
