The Culinary Arts Summer School will be held at one of Italy's best schools, Congusto Institute. During the program, participants will have practical experience in Italian culinary, baking, and pastry arts, work with Italy's leading chefs and pastry art experts, and improve their creative and technical skills.
The learning process combines academic and practical learning, seminars, workshops, visits to leading companies in the field and innovative hubs which offers students a unique combination — academic knowledge, practical experience, and readiness for success in the modern professional world.
In the sports direction, teenagers will have training with professional coaches, and will develop sports skills, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

Curriculum
The Culinary Arts Summer School will be held on the basis of one of Italy's best schools, Congusto Institute.
The study program includes 40 -hour theoretical and practical training.
During the program, participants will have practical experience in the direction of Italian culinary, baking, and pastry arts.
Children will work with Italy's leading chefs and pastry art experts, improve their creative and technical skills, work on various textures and ingredients, attend the detailed product processing, and get acquainted with modern culinary and hospitality concepts.
Classrooms are equipped in accordance with the standards of a professional kitchen and pastry laboratory.

Requirements
- During the program, participants will be under the supervision of local curators.
- All safety standards are adhered to to the maximum extent possible in housing, school, and on excursions
- First Aiders – a trained team providing initial medical assistance, available on campus 24 hours a day.
- First Aid Equipment Available on the Residence Premises
- The use of cigarettes, alcohol, and all other prohibited substances is strictly controlled
- Security – 24-hour protection with CCTV coverage across the campus.
