Description
Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) is a leading, international-level academy for Fashion, Design, and Visual Arts, founded in Milan in 1980. It is the first private academy in Italy to receive official recognition from the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR). The Academy has two main campuses: one in Milan, the global center for fashion and design, and the other in the historical, art-rich city of Rome.
Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti (NABA) stands out for its "Learning by Designing" methodology, where theory and practice are organically intertwined. Students gain knowledge directly through working on real-world projects, which are executed in collaboration with over 200 leading companies (such as Gucci, BMW, and L'Oréal). Active industry experts and designers are involved in the teaching process, ensuring maximum student preparation for the job market and the creation of a strong professional portfolio.
NABA creates a truly multicultural environment, bringing together students from over 80 countries worldwide. As a member of the Laureate International Universities network, the Academy offers its students unique opportunities to participate in exchange programs and dual degree programs across the globe.
Based on 2020 data, over 90% of NABA graduates find employment within one year of completing their studies.
